My brother and his wife and my husaband and I stayed for two weeks in this villa in August . The location was perfect as we had various adult children joining us at different times so it’s proximity to Nice Airport (30 mins ) was ideal . We used Cyril (a godsend ) as our go between for airport collections and for collecting us at night from restaurants . His partner Marian was responsible for getting the villa ready , this was a lovely bonus for us as taxis are very expensive in France . The villa was also ideal for using the train , we used to drive down to the local station , park easily and get the train to Antibes /Nice etc . The villa itself is gorgeous , plenty of space , lovely kitchen , bbq etc and the pool and views are stunning . A car is essential but it was possible to walk to a local boulangerie in the mornings for coffee and fresh croissants if fit ! Biot is a beautiful town . The complex has a good 25 metre pool also . We would highly recommend this villa for a holiday in this area .
