This is a beautiful villa high in the mountains. It was clean, well maintained and well furnished and we throughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it other travelers. You definitely need a car for the villa and the parking is a bit tricky. Some small points: the showers were not draining very well at all (we did contact the agent but did not receive a reply). This made the shower bases slippery and unsafe. The toilet seats were also wobbly and needed to be looked at. There are also no fly screens so bugs can enter the house easily. A bit pedantic but for the cost of the villa I would hope to have enough toilet roll for our stay!

The villa is semi-detached - linked to its own garage (which is closed) and located within a quiet private residential quarter. All the windows are double-glazed which is the most common sound-proofing technique for houses in France. Moreover, there is no vis-à-vis into the house or onto the terrace, so we feel it is in fact, very private. We are also very disappointed to hear about the state you claim to have found it in. In the future, please note that we guarantee our cleans. A single phone call would have ensured we were back to view and clean anything amiss. At NO TIME during your stay, did anyone call to let us know about any cleanliness issues. With regards to the number of bathrooms - our listing has always been clear about the bathroom descriptions. We have added some sentences, however, to make sure that this is clear to all. We thank you for bringing this to our attention. We hope to have the chance to welcome you back and change your mind about our services and the villa.
