Villa Chiara is beautiful. We were a party of 9 adults and 4 children ranging from 54 down to 1 years old. We had a long journey, 2 days in a minibus, arrived near midnight to be greeted with a bottle of bubbly. Just what the doctor ordered. The layout of the property was ideal for our family, double rooms and bunk beds for the children. Emmanuelle was there to greet my daughter who arrived slightly earlier than us in her car, he was only a phone call away if needed. The pool perfect for the children as not ground level so safe, plenty big enough for the adults, we used it every day. The view was spectacular, eating outside in the evening listening to the cicadas was magical. We ventured out to the local towns for occasional meals and visited the caves. There were a couple of supermarkets close by. The only negative was access to the beaches, probably because it was high season but they were packed and we only found 1 public beach, you have to pay to use the private beaches. A car is a must. Overall a lovely holiday, I will certainly be going back and would recommend highly. Thank you.
