Payment : 30 % of rental fee when you book by bank transfer and balance one montH prior your arrival by bank transfer or we accept cash in euros. A security damage deposit of 1500 euros is required full refunded within 2 weeks of your departure (provided no deductions are made due to damage of the property or furnishings, dirt or excessive cleaning needed). Flexible accomodation options available, possibility to close 2 bedrooms, rates adjusted accordingly. Rental rates include ; tourism taxes, free internet, bed linens, bath towels, tablecloth/napkins, toilet paper, laundry soap, kitchen and dishwasher detergent. Upn your arrival ; a welcome basket and basics for cooking.
