Our prices and availability calendars are always up-to-date so please enquire if you're interested. Requests for 'best price' not welcome thanks. Damage deposit: the owner requests a damage deposit of 2000 Euros on arrival, refunded at the end of the stay less the replacement cost of any breakages. Bed & bathroom linen: weekly change included in rental cost. Pool towels also provided. Gas, electric & water: all included in rental cost. Cleaning: 10 hours per week included in the rental. Additional cleaning may be arranged by request. Please note: if left in a bad state at the end a charge may be deducted from the damage deposit for extra cleaning. Taxe de Séjour: In France it's usually necessary to pay this (tourist tax) and it's calculated based on the number of people in your group and the time of year you stay. Under 12's are exempt. We will advise you of the tax due at the time you make your reservation and how it is to be paid.
