A deposit of EURO 1000 needs to be paid with any weekly reservation and is refundable after departure. Please note that there is a cleaning fee of 200 Euros + linen fee of 25 Euros/person which is not included in the rental price. The linen pack includes sheets, one bath towel and one hand towel as well as a beach towel for the pool area. Special rates for longer stays and in particular during winter rates are very low, from Euro 2000 per month. Off season is negotiable.
