Winter months, there is a charge of 50 Euros for central heating. Payment welcomed in GBP, Euros or AUD Credit cards and bank transfer accepted Internet access is available at this villa. Local Stay Tax to pay at point of reservation - calculated per adult per night Bed linen and towels are included in the cost of your holiday but you will need to bring towels for the swimming pool. The owner requests a damage deposit of 800 Euros on arrival and this will be refunded to you at the end of your stay, less the replacement cost of any breakages.
