Discount available for 2 weeks outside of July and August Excellent special monthly prices in Winter months Prices are for 5 bedrooms (10 people) from June to September and include the summer house. Prices are for 4 bedrooms (8 people) from October to May but the summer house can be rented at an additional cost. Central heating, in both the main house and the summer house, is included in the cost of your holiday. The owner includes an end of stay clean at this property except the kitchen which they request that clients ensure is clean upon departure (ie oven, fridge etc). The owner requests a damage deposit of 1500 Euros on arrival / or by credit card auth and this will be refunded to you at the end of your stay, less the replacement cost of any breakages. The change over day is Saturday during the high season, although during the low season flexibility is possible Pets are welcome but only with prior arrangement when booking and there is a fee of 150 euros. Smoking is not permitted inside this property.
