The swimming pool is open from mid April to mid October and is heated to 28c (included) There is an electrically operated cover over the pool. Electric, & water are all included in the rental cost. Mid week and end-of-stay cleaning service is included in the rental cost. The bedroom and household linen is of the highest quality and this is included in the rental cost, one set per week Taxe de Sejour: in France, it is necessary to pay a “Taxe de Séjour”. This is calculated based on the number of adults in your party and number of nights you stay at the time of your reservation The owner requests a damage deposit of 1500 Euros and this will be refunded to you at the end of your stay, less the replacement cost of any breakages or additional cleaning required.
