Prices are ALL IN  except pool heating ( 100€/week) and use of Jacuzzi(150€/week), as pool heating is not often required and use of Jacuzzi depends on personal preference.
Main maintenance products for the house are included (paper, soap, washing powder etc...); we provide bedding and 2 towels per person and per week for bathroom , same number for pool. Outdoor car park, next to the villa and inside the closed Domain, is free (first come , first served), so are the baby cot and high chair on request .  Last, there are kids  toys for sandpit and pool; bowls for "pétanque" game (typical Provencal bowling) are provided.

Security deposit of  500 € can be paid by credit card ( via Paypal) before arrival,  and also  cash upon arrival ( or equivalent amount other currencies to avoid unnecessary exchanges). It is given back on the departure day itself in the absence of significant  damage .

Cancellation policy : as stipulated on this website at the time of making the reservation.

Please note that the villa SLEEPS 6 ADULTS and 2 KIDS  + baby if any.     It cannot  accommodate 8 adults.
Arrival on Saturday from 4 pm , departure before 10 am. 2 cars max in parking spaces next to the villa inside the Domain, first come , first serve.
