This DISCOUNTED price is a VERY  special  OPPORTUNITY for family groups of up to 10 persons in a very quiet villa with garden, sweeming pool and 4 AIR CONDITIONED ROOMS.

GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR TERMS OF PAYMENT -
Bank to bank transfers, Cash, PAYPAL, accepted.
Credit cards and personal cheques NOT accepted.

The weekly rental rates apply to the whole house for weeks starting saturday at 5 PM(arrival time) finishing the next saturday at 10 AM (departure time).
The weekly rental contract makes provision for EUR 1000 cash security deposit at arrival to be released at departure time.
The reservation is validated at the time of signing the contract with non refundable 25% down payment of the total cost of the rent, balance to be paid 4 weeks before arrival date.
