NB: Rates may be subject to change at the homeowner's discretion
30% deposit required to secure booking, balance due 6 weeks before start of rental. Rentals start at 4.00pm and end at 10.00am on day of departure. Late arrivals (after 8.00pm) can be arranged with small surcharge. All normal charges are included for short term rentals. Mid week cleaning - free €1,300 security deposit is required one week before arrival. This will be refunded within 2 weeks of departure if there are no outstanding bills and villa is left as it was found. Pets are welcome - please ask - a small charge is made (€50 per stay).
