Minimum stay is 7 nights. Christmas, New Year and Easter is charged at the Middle Season rate, and there is a minimum stay of 1 week required. From 1 May to 31 September, check in must be Saturday to Saturday. All prices include water and electricity, except for low season, mid season and winter bookings (from 30 September to 30 April). During this period guests are asked to cover actual electricity & wood costs. Our manager reads the meter on your arrival and on your departure and you pay actual useage. In the winter we can arrange to have wood delivered. Bed linen and towels (Large bath towel, hand towel and face cloth per guest) and pool towels are included in the tariff. The renter is required to have a travel insurance policy with public liability cover for each person. Our short term rental contract must be agreed to.
