£450 security deposit also required with final balance payment, which is refunded on confirmation from our villa managers that no damage has occurred. Suggested changeover day is Friday in July and August, so guests benefit from cheaper air fares and avoid car hire queues. However, we can be flexible, subject to availability. Please enquire if you require 10 day holiday (or other duration) as we can be flexible, depending on availability. Arrival after 16.00, departure before 10.00.
