Security deposit 350 Euro for weekly rentals. A 20% non refundable deposit is required on reservation. A further 30% is due 30 days prior to arrival, and the balance 10 days prior to arrival. Additional charges: Service charge 150 Euro due on arrival, for local assistance during your stay and for preparing the house and ground for the next guests.
