Rentals are Saturday to Saturday. This requirement may be relaxed between September and June. Weekend and short week bookings may be available October through to May. Security deposit €800. Rates include all costs except between October to April where electricty is charged at cost (tipically around 30-50 Euros per week). Linen, towels and all utilities included along with baby equipment, childrens toys and two mountain bikes for riding.
