<p>Experience the enchantment of Provence with this villa near Chateaurenard. Perfect for a family or group of friends, you'll enjoy this Provence villa's large living spaces both inside and out, particularly around your large private swimming pool. Near Avignon, this rental villa is well positioned for exploring the city and all of its surrounding environs, whether you prefer the beautiful natural landscape or the charming villages that abound. There is also a sister villa next door that can be rented at the same time for larger groups.</p>

<p>This villa is surrounded by 50 hectares of orchards and fruit trees. It has a terrace furnished with a barbecue and a table with chairs. The private swimming pool (15m x 5m) is surrounded by a sun deck (part of which is covered) with sun loungers. The pool is heated and it is open from mid March to mid November. Nearby is a pool house with a sink, shower, and separate toilet room. The property is set behind an electronic gate and parking is available within the grounds. Please be aware that the caretakers live in a house on the property grounds, but maintain complete privacy at all times. There is also another house on the estate (with a private entrance) that can be rented at the same time to accommodate more people. Please see the name below under Please Note.</p>

Ground Floor: There is a living room with couches, satellite TV, DVD player, and access to the terrace. The dining area has a table with chairs and the open kitchen is equipped with a cook-top, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms on this floor. The first bedroom has a queen-sized bed (160 cm) and satellite TV and the second bedroom has one single bed (90 cm). The first bathroom has a sink, tub with a handheld shower, and separate toilet room. The second bathroom has a sink, shower, and separate toilet room.</p>
<p>First Floor: A staircase leads up to two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Each of the bedrooms has a king-sized bed (180 cm), satellite TV, and an en suite bathroom with a sink, shower, and separate toilet room.</p>

Ground Floor: Accessible from the outside is one bedroom with a living area, satellite TV, a king-sized bed (180 cm), and a bathroom with a sink, shower, and separate toilet room.</p>

The two villas can be rented together to accommodate larger groups. Each villa maintains it own privacy.
