<p>If you are looking for the best location on the Cote d'Azur, the French Riviera, then look no further! This new villa, located near Cap Ferrat, one of the most exclusive “addresses” in the area, has been furnished with top-quality appliances and Italian-modern and classic décor. You can relax in the private garden while enjoying the wonderful view of Beaulieu-sur-mer, the sea, and the port – or you can walk into town via the pedestrian stairway – or you can tour the area. So much to see and do, but why not just enjoy the location and the villa?</p>
(3000 m2/32,291 ft2)<p> This villa on the French Riviera is built in a traditional local style. The beautiful enclosed garden area has many trees, including olive, palm and cypress. There is a terrace with a table and chairs for al fresco dining as well as a barbecue. There is a private heated swimming pool on the living room level. There is a private parking area for 3 cars.</p>
(230 m2/2,475 ft2)<p> Ground Floor: The living/dining room and kitchen space covers 100m2. There is a large window opening onto the terrace and pool area, offering beautiful views of the sea, the village of Beaulieu and Cap Ferrat. There is a large, flat-screen Satellite TV and DVD in the living room and a fireplace. The kitchen is well-equipped with Siematic appliances, and there is also a small flat-screen TV. Also on this level is a guest bathroom in marble with a sink and WC. The decor of this villa is Italian modern and classic.</p>
<p>Lower Level 1: On this level there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king-size bed (180 cm) and an en suite bathroom with tub, shower, sink and WC. There is also a DVD. The second bedroom also has twin-beds (90 cm). The third bedroom has two twin-beds and an en suite bathroom with tub, shower, sink and WC. This bathroom is also accessible to the second bedroom.</p>
<p>Lower Level 2: On this level there is a twin-bedded room (90 cm) that has a window with sea views and an en suite bathroom with a shower, sink and WC.</p>
