In a beautiful property on the edge of the forest and close to the village and its shops. Pool is heated by solar panels. Located in Gréasque, Provencal village, 12 minutes from Aix en Provence and Aubagne. You will enjoy the comfort of this villa on one level, its many amenities for a wonderful stay.
Villa Victoria is a modern villa, full of charm. Its architecture allows both intimacy and family life. Ideal for 8 people comfortably installed, it can receive 2 additional people.
Its 1 living room of 45 m² fully equipped, big screen TV, table until 10 people.
Its 4 bedrooms and living room are air-conditioned. It has a veranda, many terraces,
2 fully equipped kitchens: modern kitchen inside; summer kitchen in the patio with barbecue and plancha.

The property is on the edge of the Gréasque forest. Starting from a 15 km sports course, and 200 m from the municipal health trail along the Grand Vallat stream. Many children's games and picnic tables decorate this path that leads to the village of Gréasque. by the forest. It is endowed with beautiful modern infrastructures: stadium, tennis courts, bowling, skate track, loco-young. Shops: Bakery, pharmacy, mini market at 500m. Shopping center 1.2 km.
8 km away are the Haras and the International Golf of Sainte Victoire. 4 km "Provence on horseback"
Villa Victoria is on the edge of the Greasque forest where you dump a fitness trail and playground for children. The property is bordered by a green lane that leads you to the village 500 m with its shops: bakery, pharmacy, mini-market. A 15 km sports course starts at the foot of the property
Many festivals animate the region especially the summer: International Festival of Lyric Art of Aix en Provence in July, Jaz Festival in Gréasque, International Piano Festival in La Roque d'Anthéron ... For all ages, the Bois des Lutins in Peypin is a playful entertainment park 3 km from Villa Victoria.
