Wonderful villa of 240 m2 area, planted on a large private ownership of banks 15 000 m2 of olive trees. Put on a sunny hillside, sweeping views of the village makes this place exceptional. You can enjoy a large pool of salt water filtered 6x12, banks planted with olive trees. Family and friends enjoy the quiet and authentic charms of Provence.

Between sea and mountains has something for everyone, children, young and older, the family as friends. The most beautiful beaches of the Cote d'Azur are within 30 minutes at Cannes, Théoule, Nice, St Raphael, St Tropez and Ramatuelle, and entertainment day and night, the charm of the vineyards of the hills of Provence. Visiting the typical villages of the most beautiful in France (Seillans) via Lake St. Cassian 10 min. You can walk in the mountain ski resorts in 40 minutes. You can pamper yourself in the magnificent Spa at Canton, play golf on the finest courses (Four Seasons Provence, Grasse, Valbonne, Mandelieu), indulge in the thrill offered by the largest center of Soaring to Europe and finishing in the wonderful restaurant that holds the soil. Thousand and one places to be discovered and plenty to do.

To take full advantage of this place is nothing more enjoyable than swimming 6mx 12m with its panoramic view over the village and olive groves.

Installed on the deck or in the summer kitchen you can indulge in the joys of bowling a glass of rosé from Provence, or a pastis in hand. Prepare a barbecue and let the children, if you're with family, playing on a river bank to the swing set up for them or the ball and other activities if it interests them enough to share (board games, racket games ...).

Fab house very well equipped - owner very helpful, sorted out minor hitch very promptly. Good location, close to Fayance. Can't fault it for a holiday destination- perfect
