Close to the center of the classified village of Ménerbes (15 mn walking distance), in a peaceful area and overlooking the vineyards, discover this lovely renovated farmhouse located in a vast plot of land. A beautiful 17 x 5 m swimming pool (2 mn walking distance from the house), secure with an electric cover, offers a stunning view over the Mont Ventoux. You can enjoy a nice pool-house with a sofa-bed, a small equipped kitchen, a shower and toilets.
The main house offers at the first level: 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom (shower, bath, basin and separate toilets). At the garden level: wide open living-room, kitchen and dining area, separate toilets and shower-room (shower and basin).
This property can accommodate up to 8 people.
