Secluded, contemporary, spacious villa surrounded by vineyards with magnificent views.
Above ground pool and only 9km to nearest beach. Golf and tennis clubs nearby.
Floor to ceiling sliding doors at the front and the back of the villa giving onto spacious terraces.
One side of the villa gets the sun in the morning and the other in the evening to watch the sunsets.
Modern, light, open plan and spacious interior with an internal mezzanine. Extensive grounds all around the villa.
Many picturesque walks available direct from the villa.

2km to the local village of La Cadiere d'Azur. Nearby picturesque villages/towns of Le Castellet, Bandol, St.Cyr-sur-mer and Sanary all offer great restaurants, shops and wonderful markets selling local produce.
Local beaches of Bandol (8km), Sanary (10km) and St.Cyr-sur-mer Les Lecques (10km) are nearby.
