Location is everything at this villa 3 kilometers away from Cannes. Rub shoulders with rich and famous during the annual film festival, or simply enjoy its beautiful streets and beaches. With terraces and a lovely pool, this villa is great for enjoying southern France’s scenery and climate.

This villa occupies a large property with a garden and multiple terraces for al fresco dining and sunbathing. There is a private pool (10 x 4.5 m) and an ornamental pond with goldfish. There’s also a portable gas barbeque. In the lower section of the garden, there is an enclosed area with fruit and palm trees where the owners usually keep their two dogs; upon request, they can remove the dogs.

Ground Floor: There is a living room with two large sofas and a fireplace. The dining room has a table and chairs, and the kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, blender, kettle, and toaster. There is an entertainment room/office with a wide screen satellite TV, Playstation and library of games, and a sofa bed (most comfortable for one). There is a bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet, and an additional guest bathroom. There are two bedrooms. The first has twin beds (90 cm) and an ensuite bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet. The second has a king size bed (180 cm) and an ensuite bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet. </p>
<p>Lower Level: This level has a sitting room with storage cupboards and access to the garage. There are two bedrooms. The first has twin beds (90 cm) that can be arranged to form a king-size bed (180 cm), and an ensuite bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet. The second has a queen size bed (160 cm) and an ensuite small bathtub and sink. There is a separate toilet room accessible from the hallway.</p>
<p>Upper Level: The top floor has one bedroom, with a standard double bed (140, comfortable for one, cozy for two) and an ensuite bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet. There is access to a large roof terrace (30 m2) with splendid views of the sea.

Housekeeping is provided for 4 hours per week at a mandatory cost of 80 euros per week.
The villa has a separate flat with separate entrance that may be occupied from time to time by the owner.

The 140 cm double bed, while standard in Italy, is considered narrow for two people by US standards.
Air conditioning is located in all the bedrooms.
