Set in its own garden, Maison Rose occupies a privileged, south facing position just 2 minutes walk from the local Village Square.

The villa itself sleeps up to 12 people comfortably in five bedrooms all with en-suite bath or shower rooms.

Originally a barn, the living room is spacious and has a nice high ceiling. French doors lead on to the terrace and pool area, which is bedecked with Oleander, Geranium and Roses.

The living room is overlooked by a well equipped gallery kitchen and dining area perfect for entertaining.

For alfresco dining there is an outdoor kitchen with BBQ and dining area. Sun loungers, parasols and the large heated pool enable guests to make the most of the Mediterranean climate.

The swimming pool measures a generous 12m x 6m and occupies a sheltered, south facing position, getting sun all day. It is usually heated from May through to October. The pool is maintained every day, ensuring it is kept clean.

The pool is shared between the villa and apartments but there are private sun terraces for each property for sunbathing and relaxing, allowing everyone their privacy and own space.

Our English speaking caretaker is on hand to welcome you and make sure you enjoy your stay. He can provide you with home grown vegetables and order local produce from the nearby farm. Cipieres is renowned for its goats cheese and delicious honey!

Games room with pool table, dartboard. Open fireplace and plenty of books and games. Separate secluded terrace to one double bedroom.

All bed linen, towels and towelling robes are included. Cots and high chairs are available on request.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Trudy (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
