Description
Nested in a private condo distant 1 km from Valbonne Village, lovely Provencal villa of around 260 sqm with a 5000 sqm. park with oaks and olive trees. You can use our heated pool, play boules, badminton or trampoline or chill out with a of rosé at the pool bar!
The property is part of a safe and closed condo at 12 min. walk from the old centre of Valbonne.
There is a main villa with 4 bedrooms, 1 living and dining room with a home cinema, a kitchen and two terraces with kitchen, dining and living room. Directly connected to the villa, there is an apartment with one bedroom (and a large wardrobe), one US kitchen and a living room with a comfy sofa bed (2 sleepings), a 42 inch tv set with dvd player and satellite decoder. The flat is directly connected to the main villa and also opens to a large terrace with table and chairs and outdoor furniture where you can eat or chill out in a quiet surrounding. The garden of the villa is 5500 sqm, no noise coming from neighbors or the street, only the chirping of birds!
Our guests have extensive access to our heated swimming pool as well as its pool house bar. Amenities are the popular boules ground next to the pool house, table tennis, badminton, trampoline, a children playground as well as a wooden house full of toys where kids can play as if it were their home.
Our villa is nested in a quiet and safe condo of 40 villas with very large gardens (no building just opposite it) and centenary trees at the exit of Valbonne, easily reacheable in 12 min. walk. It's the ideal starting point for visiting the French Riviera, and Valbonne is the typical pedestrian village of Southern France, no danger for kids to stroll around while you enjoy its great restaurants. Be sure you don't miss the popular market on Friday mornings! You can also enjoy lovely walks from our home to the natural park of La Valmasque, in a beautiful and preserved setting along the river, the paradise of joggers and horseriders. If golf is your passion, the famous golf court d'Opio Valbonne is only at 2 min. walk from home, as well as many others within 10 min car drive. Lovely sandy beaches of Antibes, Juan les Pins or Cannes are just 15 min. car drive from home, St. Tropez or Italy is 1 hour drive and Nice 25 min. drive
The best way to visit the French Riviera is by car, nonetheless you can use public bus transport to get almost everywhere or else take the local trains at Mouans station. The closest bus stop is just off the condo. Parking is included in my listing.
