LUXURY VILLA; The villa is located in a secure private domain, renowned for its prestige, located in the heart of the park Esterel, this privileged location offers the calm of the hinterland, and the proximity of beaches to 15 minutes Mandelieu, Frejus and 20 minutes from Cannes. Easily accessible by highway and national road. This villa is very bright spacious and simple to live, it offers a quality of exceptional stay. Calm and security are absolute. Free tennis in the area. Interior: Living room and dining room with equipped American kitchen. Ice machine, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, classic coffee maker, toaster, washing machine, ...) The living room opens with four bay windows, on a large terrace partly covered and offers a beautiful view of the bay of Cannes with an infinity pool. A fifth bay opens onto a shady patio. Six bedrooms and sleeps 12 in total, three bathrooms and three separate toilets. Each part of the house is independent and each person can preserve their privacy. Exterior: Terraces, heated infinity pool, barbecue and plancha, garden furniture, deckchair beach, ...). Linen provided Surroundings: Mandelieu and Frejus 15 minutes - Cannes 20 minutes. Lake Saint Cassien 10 minutes Exit A8 5 kms. Fatty 30 minutes. Pays de Fayence 25 minutes Option the heated pool, ask us. Nice airport 35 minutes. Italy at 1 o'clock. The price of the end of stay cleaning is 250 € and must be paid upon arrival. The deposit of 1500 € must also be paid on arrival (cash, check or credit card).
