Description

Get fascinated by the beauty of the site and its magic light, like Monet and Picasso did. The house is located in one of the oldest and most beautiful neighbourhoods of the south of France, Cap d'Antibes.

The villa itself is perfect for families with a seperate entrance for a nanny or grandparents. It has a very spacious masterbedroom (60m2) with ensuite bathroom and terrace.

The large pool is heated (optional) and child protected. All bedrooms are air-conditioned.

The house is beautifully decorated and surrounded by a secluded and sunny garden full of colourful flowers and mediterranean trees.

Beaches are within walking distance as well as some small shops for daily groceries. Antibes and Juan les Pins are 25 minutes walk away.

Getting around

There is a bus driving around the cap that brings you to Juan les Pins or to Antibes. At Antibes bus station you can switch to any other bus, also for the airport. The connection by bus to the airport is very convenient.

Interaction with guest

Upon your arrival our lovely agent Mrs. Nathalie Monarca will wait for you in the house to hand over the key. She is fluent in French, English and German. She will explain everything about the house to you such as, tv, wifi, alarm etc. She can answer all your questions regarding the area such as nice restaurants, were to shop and go to the beach. She will be standby during your stay in case of any questions or other matters. She can also arrange additional cleaning service if wanted (on extra charge).

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Simone / Nathalie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
