Description
This lovely, recent, house is very well located, within walking distance to the charming village of Tourrettes sur Loup. It’s located just above the mountains called ‘éléphant backs’ by the locals with an amazing view of the green forest below and further away the sea.
The house is modern and tastefully decorated in light colours which gives a nice feeling of space and cleanliness. Perfect for relaxing holidays.
The house is on two levels. The ground level contains the open plan kitchen which is connected with the dining area and the living area. The living area is well equipped with a very confortable sofa in front of a nice fireplace and the TV.
On the ground floor, there are also three bedrooms, two twin bedrooms and one double bedroom. There is one children’s shower room with a small shower and another bathroom with bath tub and a separate toilet.
One the upper level there is the Master bedroom with a king size bed and another twin bedroom. There is one bathroom, with shower and bath tub, to share on this level as well as a separate toilet.
The main house is heated by a heat pump through the floors and this can also be set for cooling during the hottest periods.
In a separate building there is a guest room, with the most beautiful view and a private bathroom. The guest house has reversible air-conditioning/heating.
In this building there is also a toilet and shower with easy access from the garden and pool area.
This little house also contains the washing machine, dryer and an extra refrigerator.
The 2300 m2 land gives a nice flat spacious garden with a great big covered pool of 7 x 14 meters. The pool can be heated up to 28°C by a heat pump from the month of April to end October.
Bed linen and towles can be provided on request for 20 euros per person. This will have to be paid with the obligatory check-in/cleaning fee of 200 euros on arrival !
