Located in a garden of 20,000 m2 with 400 olive trees you will find the heated swimming pool of 17 x 7 meters, with a separate area for children. The villa has 5 bedrooms, with 4 on the ground floor, a large living room with kitchen equipped with all modern appliances and conveniences and a utility room. You can enter the terrace and the garden from the living room. On the terrace is a professional outdoor kitchen with a unique Portuguese grill and BBQ. In the vicinity you will find two golf courses, and the beautiful medieval village of Claviers with its cozy cafes, galleries and restaurants, which by taking the backyard door (small climb) can be reached walking.
