Description
Part of a larger villa with large subtropical garden of 1800 m2 and a private swimming pool of 12 x 6 meters. The owners rent this fully independent part only if they are not present. The pool and garden are therefore exclusively for you. The villa is quietly located, yet within walking distance of the famous beach La Nartelle. This comfortable and modern villa has 3 bedrooms, one of which can be accessed through a private entrance; this bedroom also has a private bathroom. The two other double bedrooms share a bathroom. The villa has a spacious living room of 45 m2. The six one-person beds can be put together or used separately. Of course, the villa has all the modern conveniences, including a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, satellite TV and Wifi. The beach is at 100 meters, and the famous La Nartelle beach at 200 meters. Park the car on-site, and enjoy a traffic-jam free stay.
