The villa can accommodate 8 people and was completely renovated in 2014. The 2 floors of this villa can be used independently. There is a lift so that people who have difficulty walking stairs can easily reach the ground floor and the swimming pool. This is also accessible with a wheelchair, so the villa is ideal for people with a disability. Ask us for more details. At the level of the parking lot is the entrance with access via the elevator or the front door. On the floor below is the living room, kitchen and also the master bedroom with air conditioning and with access to a large terrace, en-suite bathroom and with enough cupboard space. On the garden floor you will find 3 bedrooms, 2 of which open onto the terrace where the swimming pool is located, and 1 bedroom without direct daylight, 2 bathrooms, a living room with kitchen and a terrace.
