If you arrive by car at this villa for 8 people, you do not have to use it during the rest of your holiday. This villa is namely 130 meters away from the port of Les Issambres where you have a boat connection to St Tropez, and the nearest sandy beach is at 130 meteres as well. This beautiful villa is located in an enclosed domain, on its own grounds of 700 m2, and has a private heated swimming pool of 7 x 4 meters and a Jeu de Boules alley. The mature plants and trees do assure your privacy. If you choose, you can relax on the covered terrace. The villa is fully equipped. From the living room you can walk through to the terrace, where you can lounge on the large sofas. In the kitchen you will find all the necessary equipment, and in the garage there is a washer and dryer. The three bedrooms have air conditioning, and one bedroom has a double bed of 160 x 200 cm, the second bedroom has 2 single beds of 90 x 200 cm, and the third bedroom has 2 bunkbeds, ideally for 2 adults or 4 children. This villa has everything for a perfect holiday at the Cote d' Azur without suffering from the infamous traffic jams.
