Exclusive villa with 2 pools, 4 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms for 8 people. The villa is quietly located in the provencal French Drop Les Arcs, but at only 25 km from the famous resort towns like Sainte Maxime and Saint Tropez. The combination of tranquility, luxury, privacy and also the short distance to the famous beaches makes this villa very attractive. The master bedroom is directly connected with patio doors to the smaller pool and a large luxury bathroom.
The villa has 4 bedrooms, 3 on the ground floor directly connected to the garden and the swimming pools (2) all with French doors. The master bedroom has a bed of 180x200 2nd bedroom a bed of 160x200 and 3rd bedroom a bed of 140x200cm. 3 bathrooms, the master bedroom has a large luxurious bathroom which is connected directly to the small pool. The 4th bedroom is located in the tower and is particularly suitable and intended for children, it has no direct connection to the outside. The 4th bedroom is furnished with sofa beds of 80cm. Total living area is 200m2. The decor is very tasteful and durable. The kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances. There is a separate laundry room with washing machine. For families that seek tranquility but also frequently known beaches or restaurants, visits to the southern French coast (VAR) and the right to enjoy the feeling of Provence, this is an ideal villa with luxury and comfort.
