Description
This Cote d'Azur holiday villa comes with a large heated pool and amazing sea views. The property is on two floors, with four bedrooms (2 master suites and 2 guest rooms) and four bathrooms / shower rooms. The villa is situated within a 1,780 sq. m garden with a small olive grove. The stone floors throughout help keep the villa cool and welcoming. The master and first guest room have sea views. There are five separate terrace areas and a huge 48 square metre “auto covered“ terrace and outside eating area overlooking the pool and the sea view.
The master bedroom has a double bed, en suite with sea views. The bedroom has direct access to pool. Bedroom 2 is a twin bedroom with en suite and private toilet. Bedroom 3 has a double bed, en-suite, sea views and direct access to pool. Bedroom 4 is a twin bedroom with en-suite shower room and direct access to pool.
The well-equipped kitchen includes a cooker, microwave, fridge freezer and double sink. There is also a utility room with washing machine and dryer.
There are two living rooms. There is an upstairs diner and living room, which features a Dining table for 8 and seating for six in living area. The downstairs living room comes with a log wood burner and 55“ Plasma TV with Sky and Freeview Box, WiFi, sofa and seating for 5
Outside: there are two outdoor terraces to eat on - one under cover next to the kitchen and the other near the barbecue area. The pool is heated (28-30 deg C May - Oct) and there is an outside pool shower room (hot water) adjacent to the pool.
