Semi detached villa with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, air conditioning, for 6 pers. with communal pool on beautiful domain. The villa is approximately 50 to 75 meters from the sea and beach. Walking distance to village and commerce is about 10. minutes. St. Tropez is about 30 minutes by car and Ste. Maxime is 15 minutes. This semi-detached house stands on a plot of 13 semi-detached villas and therefore very suitable for holidays with others while maintaining your privacy.
This villa is decorated with great taste and style. The villa consists of: ground floor entrance, large living room and open kitchen in Provencal style. From the living room access to a terrace with luxury furniture. From this terrace you have access to the garden and pool. Air conditioning is only on the ground floor. The house has satellite TV, CD player and DVD. Also Wifi Internet available. On the 1st floor there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The smallest bedroom has a bunk bed.
