Prestigious villa of 380 m² amidst a stunning oasis of 200 palm trees and other vegetation on an estate of 3000 m² with fantastic views, and sea view from the 2nd floor. Nice and Cannes is 15 minutes and the village and the beaches are a 5 minute drive. The villa and pool are surrounded idyllic landscaped terraces and beautiful balustrades. If you are looking for a villa for a large group, then this villa is definitely an option, a short distance from many famous other places.
The ground floor has marble floors. The salon (45 m²)) has a beautiful fireplace and 3 large sofas, sliding doors leading to the garden with swimming pool. Through a passage you reach the kitchen (27 m²)) with dishwasher, oven, microwave, hob / stove, fridge / freezer, coffee maker, table and 6 chairs, utility room (8 m²) with washing machine and sink. In the hall is a WC with hand basin. The adjacent dining room (22 m²)) has a large refectory table and 6 chairs. Above the living room is a mezzanine. The upstairs rooms have rustic wooden ceilings. Bedroom 1: ground floor with a bed of 160 cm, TV, bathroom (1) with shower and WC. On the first floor the landing/salon leads you to 4 bedrooms and a terrace. Rooms 2 and 3 have views of the garden and pool. Bedroom 2 has a double bed of 140 cm. Bedroom 3 has a double bed of 140 cm. Room 4 with is equipped with an electrically adjustable bed and storing doors to a terrace overlooking the garden and pool. Bathroom (2) with shower, toilet and double sink, Bathroom (3) with shower. Room 5 has 2 beds of 100 cm and an adjoining bathroom (4). Room 6 on the 2nd floor (56 m²) with sloping roof has 4 beds of 90 cm and a terrace (20 m²) adjoining bathroom (5) with shower, sink and toilet. With this room the villa is suited for 10 adults and 4 children. Through construction, the villa is nice and cool, and there is air conditioning on the ground floor. The fairy garden measuring 3000 m² and is fully fenced. In front of the house and around the pool is a terrace of 250 m², partly covered. There are 3 tables, 12 chairs and a sofa. A BBQ is also available. Higher up there are another 61 m² of terraces. The swimming pool measures 12 x 6 m with a maximum depth of 2 m and has an alarm fitted, and is surrounded by 8 sun loungers.
