Semi-detached villa with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for 6 people. Communal pool on beautiful domain. This villa is located on a plot of 13 semi-detached villas at about 50-75 meters from the sea and beach. The domain can be accessed by a pedestrian tunnel to the beach and sea. 6 other villas on the same site, also for rent, each with over three bedrooms for 6 persons per villa. So if necessary, great for holiday together with family or friends and to keep your privacy as well.
The villa consists of: ground floor entrance, large living room and modern kitchen. Kitchen with microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, water cooker, electric hobs, fridge/freezer, oven. From the living room access to a terrace with garden furniture. From this terrace you enter the private garden and pool. On the 1st floor there are 3 spacious bedrooms with 4 single beds (possible to each other like a double bed) and 1 double bed and 2 bathrooms. Air conditioning in the entire house.
The villa is located in a completely closed domain with an electric entrance and has 1 private parking. There's the beautiful mature tropical garden with tall palm trees and yuccas, a large communal swimming pool 18x6 with pool house and spacious terraces.
