Description
Charming 3 bedroom stone property located right in the center of the typical provençal village of St Jeannet.
It has the absolute charm of the Provence, a fantastic panoramic sea view, a lovely large garden and a swimming pool.
As you go in, there is a spacious living area with a fire place, 2 sofas and some lovely antique furniture. The sitting room opens onto the garden / terrace. The US kitchen is fully equipped and opens onto the dining room. There is a door leading to the back of the garden and the laundry room.
The master bedroom has an en suite shower room, a double bed of 140 x 190, fitted cupboard.
Bedroom 2 : 1 double bed of 140 x 190, opening onto a large balcony with a fantastic view of the hills and the sea, fitted cupboards.
Bedroom 3 : 2 single beds and fitted cupboards.
Separate bathroom.
Guests toilet.
Pool and garden.
Air conditioning in the master bedroom and the living room.

“Magnificent Setting”
Ideal for families. A traditional provence home which is well equipped to meet all your needs. We stayed in April when sadly it was still too cool to swim in the magnificent pool. Visitors in the warmer months would surely not be disappointed. On the brighter side it meant that we were able to enjoy the splendid hearth in the cooler evenings. Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and the home was very comfortable with a wonderful outside terrace for . The ancient village of St Jeannet is charming although this also means that patience is required in navigating the very narrow streets as you access the home.
