Description
By famous French architect designed villa for 10 people, 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms with 180 degrees panoramic exceptionally beautiful sea view. The furniture in the villa is designed by supervision of an architect, on every detail is given special attention. The large swimming pool is equipped with luxury sun beds around the pool area and offers several terraces of 200 m2.
The villa offers 300 m2 of living space and consists of two floors. The large open kitchen with all modern appliances connects to the living room. Through double doors you find the large terrace of 60 m2 that offers 180 degree sea view. The 5 bedrooms have two single beds. Upstairs, the master bedroom (bed 180x200) and a bathroom. On the ground floor the entrance with living room, kitchen and three bedrooms with 3 bathrooms with shower and toilet. There is 1 bedroom with 1 single bed, and two with a double bed of 140x200 and 160x200. There is also a pool table and a TV room. The kitchen is large and modern and fully equipped. The utility room has a washing machine and a dryer. The ground floor consists of a large bedroom (bed 160x200) and a bedroom with bunk beds for the children.
The villa is located on a plot of 3000 m2. Below the villa is a large outdoor kitchen and lounge area with several tables and chairs. The pool is made in a free form 10x5 and between 0.80 to 1.80 meters deep. The garden is beautifully landscaped and has a great sea view.
