Newly built villa in Grimaud with an area of 200 m2 all on the same level, in a luxurious private domain, secured by an electrical gate.The villa is characterised by a lot of light and high ceilings. The villa has 4 bedrooms, a living room of 60 m2 with a fireplace and an open kitchen with cooking island where you can enjoy your breakfast, and which is equipped with all appliances including an American fridge. The four bedrooms each have their own bathroom with toilet. The fourth bedroom is an independent studio, with it’s own living room, bathroom and kitchenette. The entrance for that studio is through the open door that can be seen on the left side of the first and second picture.The villa has a cooling system in the floor, that lowers the temperature with 5-6 degrees compared to the outside temperature, as well as floor-heating. Attached to the house is a summer kitchen with pizza oven. In the garden you have a pool of 8 x 4 meters. The villa's location allows you to use a short cut, so you can quickly reach the famous beaches of Pampelonne or the center of Grimaud.
