Description

Villa Vinci is a stunning property built in 2005, situated 3 minutes drive from the medieval village of La Garde Freinet with it's eclectic choice of bars, restaurants, shops, art galleries and twice weekly markets. The villa has breathtaking views across the hills to the village with uninterrupted natural scenery and peace whilst Port Grimaud, St Tropez, Sainte Maxime the coast and it's beautiful beaches are only 15 miles away.

The villa is 40 minutes from Toulon airport and just over an hour from Nice.

The property reached by a private road is easily accessible, with private parking and security gates. Villa Vinci sleeps 9 on two floors and is surrounded by woodland and lawned gardens. The upstairs bedrooms open onto private terraces one open, one covered with sitting areas overlooking the large, private swimming pool. On this floor there is also a large shower room and separate WC. The two further bedrooms located on the ground floor have french windows opening out onto the pool and patio areas, one of the rooms has an attached further room/ nursery with single bed and cot. There is a further family bath/ shower room with separate WC on this floor. The spacious, open- plan living area features high beamed ceilings, an open fire place and accommodates a large dining table with seating for 10 people. The living room includes a large TV/ DVD player with cable channels, and all- important internet/ WiFi access. French doors from the living area lead to the patio area, pool, pool house and BBQ area.

The kitchen is fully equipped with large American fridge- freezer with ice- maker, oven hob, dishwasher, washing machine, and crockery, cutlery and glass-wear for 12. Dine outside on the covered terrace alongside the large swimming pool or cook on the outside BBQ situated in the covered pool house.

As well as the numerous beaches situated on the nearby coast which offer an array of watersports, there are tennis courts in La Garde Freinet and golf courses in the surrounding area. There are also plenty of walks, bike- rides and idyllic picnic spots.

Whether you're relaxing by the pool, dining al fresco under the covered terraces, walking along the country lane to collect your morning croissants from the centre of La Garde Freinet or enjoying the beaches and atmosphere of St Tropez, this is the place to be.

How do damage deposits work?
