In the garden of 1300m2 you will find the swimming pool of 11 x 5 meters, which is heated by a heat pump. On the ground floor is the living room, kitchen with utility room and a bedroom with bathroom. On the 1st floor is the master bedroom with dressing room, bathroom and terrace, and you will find the remaining bedrooms and bathrooms. The bedrooms are all air-conditioned.
