Cozy Provencal villa facing the sea which is at 50 meters, and the nearest beach is at 400 meters. The villa has 3 bedrooms with air conditioning and 2 bathrooms, and also an independent studio with bathroom and small kitchen. 2 Bedrooms have double beds, and one bedroom 2 single beds. In the studio there is a double bed. The listed price is for the rent including this studio, ask us for the prices if you want to rent the villa with a maximum of 6, without the studio. In the kitchen you will find all the necessary equipment to prepare nice meal, or you can use the BBQ. The pool is heated (surcharge €50 per week), and there is on site secure parking for 3 cars. In the summer you can slightly hear noise from the road at the front of the villa. This villa is highly recommended for the combination of price, location and its luxury, and really does have everything you need for a successful holiday on the Cote d'Azur.
