On a quiet private estate is this beautifully appointed and in 2013 completely renovated villa of 180m2 located with air conditioning in all rooms. The villa sleeps 8 people and has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. 3 bedrooms are on the ground floor, and all have direct access to the garden with stunning sea views. The fully equipped kitchen has a cooking island with chairs so you can chat while cooking. On the 1st floor is the 4th bedroom of 24m2 with bathroom and terrace. In the well-kept garden of 2000m2 is a terrace of 150m2 with swimming pool of 9.5 x 4 m, with depth varying between 1 and 2 meters. The villa has a great location, 900 meters from the beaches of La Nartelle, and St. Tropez can easily be reached with the shuttle boat. You can park 3-4 cars on site.
