Description
The rooms on the first level lead out to a veranda. The veranda has an outdoor dinning table that seats up to 8 people and relaxing lounge area. Off the veranda is a sloping staircase that leads to our Olympic size swimming pool. The pool area has 8 sunbeds, and outdoor lounge seating; four chairs with cushions, a ottoman and two patio umbrellas. Surrounding the pool is a meticulously cared for garden that is graded to extend over the hillside. Professional tennis court sits below the pool area and has a basketball hop for playing one-on-one basketball. Off the tennis courts is a covered outdoor terrace for the fans wanting to watch your tennis game. Below the veranda is a summer kitchen – cuisine d ete – There is a demi loom bar that seat up to six people. The open kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, refrigerator/icemaker, deep freeze and sink. The open kitchen has a large dinning table that seat up to 10 people. PingPong table and tennis rackets are stored in the summer kitchen. The second level has three bedrooms, a studio and laundry room. All the bedrooms have private baths, closet space, dresser/desk and twin beds. The laundry room is equipped with newly installed Bosch washer/dryer , sink, ironing and countertop for folding. The studio has a refrigerator, large closet space, storage area, and four twin beds. The studio has access onto the outdoor kitchen/gardens. The bathroom has a double sink and shower.

“Great villa”
I stayed here with my family and some friends and the villa was fantastic. There is AC in all the rooms, the villa is extremely spacious and is private, there's good security around the house, lots of space to park cars, the view over the riviera is great too. We stayed with 2 young children under 2, you do need to look out for them as there are quite a few stairs and no pool guard but that was not an issue for us as there were a lot of adults to watch them.
