Luxury villa of 200 sqm with stunning panoramic sea views, 600 meters from the sea. 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms for 10 people. Private pool in a beautiful mature garden of 1350 m². The villa has a spacious and tastefully furnished living room,and a modern kitchen with all the necessary equipment. In the garden you will find several terraces, some with hardwood, lounges and garden furniture. In the evening, the pool is illuminated. You have parking space for 3 cars. Stores are at 1 kilometer, the golf course and the famous resort of Sainte Maxime are just a few kilometers away.
In May and June the villa is rented out with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for a maximum of 6 people. Please ask us about the special rate for this configuration.
