Description
The villa is in a closed area of 1200 m2. Passing through the automatic gate you can reach this beautiful house. From the large terraces you have a magnificent view over the sea, and from St. Tropez to Frejus. There is also a covered terrace. At the wooden table you will experience unforgettable moments. Beside the house is the spacious pool of 11 x 5 meters, and beside the pool is a nice lawn. Of course there are several sun loungers by the pool, from where you can enjoy the great views. There is a pool house with dining table and a barbecue. The beaches are at a walking distance of about 5-10 minutes.
- Interior
The living room is very tastefully and luxuriously decorated with a nice sitting area around the fireplace and a nice sized dining area (satellite TV, with Dutch and international channels TV, video, CD available.). In line is the open kitchen with additional dining area. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, etc. Washer and dryer. On this floor there is further a large bedroom with two single beds and a private bathroom. Furthermore there is 1 bedroom (with TV) and a private terrace (master bedroom with large double bed), 1 bathroom (bath). A staircase leads to the first floor where there are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Of the 3 bedrooms, there is 1 bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower. There is a bedroom with 2 single beds (and an extra 13th bed) and a bathroom with bath and finally a bedroom with 4 single beds and a bathroom with shower. All bedrooms have airconditioning.
Exterior
The villa is situated on a 1200 m2 site that is accessible via an electric gate. The garden has a large heated circular pool (11 x 5 meters) with pool house. Around the pool there are several terraces with seats or chairs which includes a covered terrace. Other provisions in the garden, a dining table with barbecue.
