Stylish villa of 180 m² in Saint Rafael situated in a beautiful garden of 1500 m² located just 4 km from the sea and beaches. The house has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and sleeps 8 people. The villa has a spacious living room with all modern facilities, and of course WIFI is not lacking. The living room flows into the dining room and has patio doors to the garden. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and dishwasher. Washer and dryer are available. There are 4 bedrooms with 4 double beds and a sofa bed. The bathrooms are also equipped with modern shower and toilet, while two bathrooms have a bath. In addition, also a separate toilet. Outside is a large private pool and you can make use of the Jacuzzi. Around the pool are sunbeds and garden furniture, and under the covered terrace is a large table which you can use for your meals as well as a barbecue. The garden is fencedand has an electric gate and parking facilities.
