Wonderful detached villa with private swimming pool and lovely flat grounds located in the lovely medieval village of Fayence. With an excellent bedroom breakdown, this is an ideal holiday villa for two families or a group of friends.
Located in the exclusive and very child friendly “Domaine de Fayence”. Clients have access to the exclusive Domain offering a wide range of facilities: tennis courts, sauna, hot tub, steam room, massage, spa, hydro-therapy circuit, aqua-gym, beauty treatments and boules area.
There is a very good restaurant at the Domain with a terrace serving breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Lovely setting, ideal for dining al fresco by the pool, making the most of the services at the Domain and a great base to explore the area.
Fayence is within easy reach of the towns, villages and beaches of the French Riviera with Frejus, Saint-Raphael and Cannes all within 45 min' drive.
Fayence Gliding Centre, considered by many to be one of the best in Europe is close by.
THE VILLA:
Living and dining areas: Living room with TV (main French channels, couple of English speaking channels and a few German channels), DVD player, 2 sofas and a fireplace. Dining area by the kitchen. French doors lead to a covered terrace.
Kitchen: Simply fitted kitchen with dishwasher, large fridge, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, kettle, coffee machine and toaster.
Utility room with washing machine and dryer. Hairdryer. Iron and ironing board.
Bedrooms: All bedrooms are on the first floor.
Master bedroom: king size bed (180cm x 200cm).
Bedroom with queen size bed (160cm x 200cm).
Bedroom with twin beds.
Bedroom with bunk beds.
The twin and bunk bedrooms share a separate bathroom in the hallway.
Bathrooms:
Ensuite bathroom to master bedroom with bath, shower and wc.
Ensuite bathroom to 2nd bedroom with bath and wc.
Bathroom with shower.
2 separate wc's, 1 on each floor.
THE GROUNDS:
Garden naturally fenced with bushes and flowers (800m2), not fully fenced. The garden is well maintained (lavender, rosemary and oleander) and offers enough privacy.
Covered terrace with garden furniture.
Sunloungers, outside shower by the pool, built-in barbecue, parking spaces.

“Lovely villa in South of France”
