Spacious villa with private infinity pool and stunning countryside views, close to near St Cassien Lake and the ancient village of Montauroux (1km).
Villa Les Oliviers is a charming Provencal villa located and approximately 10 minute drive from St Cassien Lake, a superb natural lake - an ideal spot for water sports of all kinds including windsurfing, boating, fishing but also great for swimming. The villa boasts four bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, and a wonderful private infinity pool. The views are stunning and will not disappoint! The villa has two terraces, one covered and one with awning. The summer kitchen is an ideal place to catch the first rays in the morning as the sun comes over the hills, perfect for that al fresco coffee with croissants and pain au chocolat. Set in a Residential area, the property is ideal for visiting local villages and beaches of the Cote d’Azur. The motorway is just 20min away making a trip to Nice very accessible.
Spacious living/dining room with satellite TV (wide choice of channels including BBC), hi-fi, large corner sofa, fireplace (wood not provided) and underfloor heating. Dining area. Sliding doors leading to terrace and overlooking directly onto the pool.
Kitchen with dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, gas and electric hob, kettle, coffee machine and toaster. Utility room with washing machine, dryer, freezer, two sinks, iron, ironing board, vacuum and table tennis table.
Four bedrooms all with en-suite bathroom or shower room on first floor. Master bedroom king size bed and French doors to private terrace. Three further double bedrooms.
Large, terraced enclosed grounds, south-facing terrace with awning off the living/dining area. Covered terrace with outdoor furniture. Sunloungers. Summer kitchen with charcoal barbecue and fridge. Garage plus several parking spaces.
10 x 5m infinity pool with beach style entrance on one end and steps the other end.
Included in the rental:
Bed linen and house towels (not pool towels).
Wi-Fi.
Water and electricity.
Cot and highchair available. Please request at the time of booking.
Security deposit of 400€ payable on arrival and refunded on departure once an inventory has been made. End of stay cleaning included but the property must be left clean (kitchen, dishes done and put away, bins emptied and all linen put together in the utility room). Failing that a charge may apply.
